Blogs, Audio, and Online Participation

Here are some of the blogs I have written in the past.

Blogging for teacher training

As a co-moderator for Blogging4Educators in 2008 and 2009, I contributed to the two session blogs: Blogging4Educators and

Edubloggers Learning Space. You can also read my reflections on Blogging4Educators here.

As an active member of the online community of practice Learning with Computers (LwC), I contributed to the group blog Learning with Computers

Blogging with students

IES Book and Literature Circle Blog (2008) Students discuss The Little Prince and The Hobbit.

Get Hip to Learning English IES (2007-2008)

ESL for Migrants

I started a wiki to collect information about teaching ESL to migrant farmworkers. When I lived in the U.S., I was involved in teaching an English class for farmworkers at a local social service agency. I co-authored a textbook "Embrace English" for this specific context and this project was acknowledged by the Partnerships for Community Action and The Center for Innovative and Transformative Education at BGSU. I was interviewed by ELT Notes for a post entitled ELT Teachers Using Wikis and I penned my blogging reflections here.
